Jason Harmon
Jason brings nearly two decades of construction experience to every CDK Coastal Homes project. A combat Marine and Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran, he carries the discipline, leadership, and mission-first mindset he learned in uniform into every build.
His education runs deep: a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and a Master's degree in Project Management. As an NAHB Certified Graduate Builder, Jason pairs formal expertise with hands-on field knowledge to deliver homes that are safer, stronger, and smarter.

Born From the Coast & the Storm
Founded in 2021, CDK Coastal Homes was born from a love of the Texas Coastal Bend — its bays, its beaches, and its tight-knit communities. But our mission was sharpened by Hurricane Harvey.
Watching the storm reshape the coast we call home, we were inspired to build differently: homes engineered to stand up to the next storm, not just the next season. That's why FORTIFIED hurricane-resilient construction sits at the heart of everything we do.
