Our award-winning whole-home renovation at Cinnamon Shore in Port Aransas. CDK reimagined this elevated coastal residence from the studs out, delivering a light-filled open plan, a chef's kitchen, and spa-inspired baths engineered to stand up to the Gulf. The project swept three 2026 Texas Association of Builders Star Awards, including Best Whole House Renovation.
Sea Secret
Port Aransas, TX
A bespoke beachside residence built for island living. Elevated on engineered piers with storm-rated windows and a high-performance spray-foam envelope, Sea Secret pairs durable coastal construction with wide-open living spaces and views that pull the Gulf inside.

Fulton, TX
A full commercial renovation of a Fulton retail storefront. CDK rebuilt the facade, reworked the interior layout, and delivered a bright, modern showroom that gives this Coastal Bend business a fresh presence on the highway.
